Hey Patch is an AI front desk for local service businesses. It answers the texts and calls you miss, books appointments, and follows up, around the clock.
The challenge
Local service businesses lose real money to missed calls and slow replies. A receptionist is expensive, and most "AI chatbots" are generic and go off the rails.
The solution
A guardrails-first AI front desk. It handles the common asks (hours, booking, quotes), stays on script, and hands off to a human when it should. Multi-tenant, so each business gets its own.
